From Jan-April
Ok so it's gotten to the point where it's been so long since the last time I updated here that I keep not doing it bc I feel so overwhelmed. So I think I'm just going to do highlight since Christmas.
-We finished off Jan with a few fun things, museums, snow days, and outside time. Some art projects and farmers markets bad cooking/baking adventures. Isla and her friend also got 2nd place in her school science fair. We had a few sick days along the way, but it wasn't bad to slow down take our time.
-We also spent some time locally, with more library events, bowling, Easter Egg hunts and friends time. On Easter itself we made Gma's Easter cake, but we did it panda coconut flavor, and I got to make some chocolate cream pies. Our good friends had us over and as usual, it was both delicious and so fun. Good for the soul! The older girls even took it upon themselves to make the younger two Easter baskets which did my Mama heart good.
-Since then Isla has been SO busy with choir stuff like national anthem singing at baseball games, culture nights and other concerts. Now it's life as usual as we spend our last few months here.
