I think its time for another photo dump  update post. Now that all the holidays are preppin for their debut, I gotta make sure I have all this documented in time for new pictures and more beautiful memories!

On Labor Day, we decided to brave the heat and head over to 'Gilroy Gardens'. Its an amusement park of sorts, and it was fun. I will say, if your debating on whether or not to go, its probably one you can skip-but the girls loved it and on the way home we stopped at the outlets, so we were all happy. Addy left asking if we could 'say hi to more garlic?!' so I told her we'd be sure to put some in and upcoming dinner haha. Plus, family time=awesome, so all in all a good day.

We also checked out the Point Reyes Lighthouse. Now, despite this one being more of a drive then we anticipated, this is one I would recommend. The wind alone was an adventure, and it was kind of surreal seeing so much untouched land-almost like a step back in time. The wind in fact was so severe that they ended up closing the steep stairs down to the actual light house itself, which honestly with the drop off and the kids, I don't think we would've been able to do anyways. Still-the beauty of the land and sea, combined with the history around it was great. We also stopped in Marin for a hair cut for Addy and some lunch.

Along the same lines of exploring the outdoors, we've enjoyed checking out Fort Funston. I remember climbing on the bunkers with my Dad when I was kid there, but since then they have renovated the paths and what not so you have beautiful trails and views of the city or the sea. Also, if you are a dog lover, they have such a great range of beautiful dogs running around here. We would recommend doing this one also.

We've been able to visit with some friends and family lately too. Of course, I always manage to get pictures of the kids visiting, and not the rest of us, but a few of our favorites have been bowling and dessert with some of my high school friends, all of whom my girls adore as much as Lester and I do. We got to visit with some cousins on my Mom's side when they stopped by for a visit and that was really fun. And of course, fun with the family we are so lucky to live with. A favorite was a Saturday morning we spent with Grandma and Grandpa at the local farmers market. It just so happened to be kids day, so they had free facepainting, crafts and tastings. And of course, we had to stop at the Disney store. I tell you, they have cornered the market on magic people! We were the first people there that day when it opened, so they brought out a giant key, and asked Addy to help open it. But of course first she had to use pixie dust to make it work, which it did magically did then of course. Then they gave her a personal key to take home with her. She has not stopped talking about it since.

Of course, as per the norm, we've been spending some time at the zoo and the Academy. Gotta get that bang for your buck for these passes, and its something that the kids and I can both enjoy. So thats been fun! Add a few boba and bakery stops along the way and you have some good times!

Apart from that, its been a lot of normal life stuff. Things like learning [I'll show you the alphabet book when I finally get around to finishing it!], lots of building and pretend, back yard fun, play dates, beach walks, chores, homework and studying and of course cooking and baking. So this has been the rest of our wonderful Summer 2015-now bring on the fall baby, we're ready for you!
