Things in our neck of the woods lately have been good! We hit the ground running after the holidays, and while we took a bit to get adjusted back into a normal routine, but we are finally to a point where we're starting to figure it out. Addy is really enjoying school, and we feel lucky to see how she is thriving with the dedicated, and fun teacher she has. Its fun to hear how all the kids call out to her, excited to see her, and I love hearing her stories as she bounds out of class at the end of the day, excited for her homework and the projects they are doing We recently confirmed with a cardiologist that she has a heart murmur-which sounds scary, but apparently is not completely uncommon in kids her age. So we are dealing with it, and will just keep an eye on it and hopefully over time it will resolve itself! We love seeing her enjoy school, and we love even more when our girl comes home. Isla has loved being the big cheese around here during the day-I've got to spend some more one on one time playing and working with her, and we have had some fun dates out with Daddy and Bear, obviously to some food places and farmers markets, but also to some parks, libraries and play dates. We've been doing more reading, counting and baking together which has been fun. She loves to sing, especially Coco songs, and her little voice is the funniest, most endearing little thing. Bear continues to wrap us further around his finger with his easy temperament, sweet smiles and cuddly chubbiness. He is about the best baby a Momma could ever dream of, and I am in heaven with him, as our his sisters and Daddy [who finally has an enthusiastic person to watch sports with haha!]. Lester and I are doing well, enjoying watching our babies grow as we live and work together. Over all, life is good, and we are happy healthy. So, for now, no complaints! We are good!
